I temporarily abandoned Canada’s snowy climate to study Psychobiology and Astrophysics at the University of Hawaii where, despite formidable distractions, I still managed to earn a degree. At night, I alternated between plying the streets of Waikiki in my pedicab and playing drums at Pearl Harbour Naval Base in the Enlisted Men’s Club house band. It was a colourful time. My enduring penchant for film, words and ideas ultimately led me to where I am at this, ever ephemeral, moment. I work primarily as an actor and location scout… and I write. As much as I can, but not as much as I should. Because now, more than ever, I feel that I have something to say.
